The Classics Bookshop was established by Anne and Philip Powell-Jones in 1975.

We are now based at 23 Sheep Street, Burford, Oxfordshire, OX18 4LS. Tel: 01993 822969.

We are open on Wednesdays and Saturdays (10-1.00, 2-5.00) Visitors are also welcome at other times but please ring first. We specialise exclusively in Latin and Greek Classics and books on classical antiquity, including antiquarian volumes.
